The records contain publications about students in evening classes, courses for farmers, vocational education. Also included are the proceedings for a symposium on school integration that was held at Michigan State University in 1964.
Farmhouse Fraternity records
Records of the Farmhouse Fraternity consist of one volume entitled, "Farmhouse Faces 1984," a record of the fraternity's 23rd National Biennial Conclave held in 1964 at Michigan State University. There is also a 1961 national pledge and member handbook as well as photographs of members.
Jethro O. Veatch collection
This collection consists of a 1953 published work by Veatch, soil survey maps, a reprint of a soil profiles paper, list of Ginseng growers (1905), and Michigan Ginseng Growers convention proceedings (1905). The book contains sections on physical divisions, types of soil, types of vegetation, land types, land use, and possibilities for agricultural production and includes a foldout Michigan Soil Association map. Many of the soil survey maps were produced by or with assistance of Veatch.

The Michigan Future Farmers of American records include American Farmer Degree applications, membership materials including rosters and applications, competition materials, Michigan FFA newsletters, meeting minutes, national convention proceedings, manuals, pamphlets and programs, photographs, leadership conference materials, state convention materials, audio and video cassettes of conventions.
